Prison Ministry

John 8:36, "If the SON therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed."

     As an extension of the Vision of the Fairbanks Christian Center, the Prison Ministry is a ministry that ministers to those who might not otherwise be able to hear the Word of GOD! 

     This Ministry is an outreach to the residence of the Fairbanks Correctional Facility and the North Star Pre-Release Center.

     This Ministry teaches the Word of GOD with an expectation of signs and wonders following. We believe that the Word of GOD will produce fruit in the lives of the residence as they make their transition. We trust that as the residences receive the Word, they will become the people that GOD always intended them to be. As the Prison Ministry goes out doing the work of the Lord we know that it is GOD that brings the increase (I Corinthians 3:6-7). Those who are laborers in the Prison Ministry are planting and watering in the lives of those who are receiving the Word. The Word of GOD is being taught by Ministers of Fairbanks Christian Center. As laborers in this Ministry we are exercising the gifts and callings that are placed within us by GOD.

     As the residence are blessed by the teaching of the Word of GOD we as laborers in the ministry also pray, encourage and impart life by the Holy Spirit. All teachings and services are led and guided by the Holy Spirit. As ministers and laborers we encourage the residence to become a part of Fairbanks Christian Center or become a part of a local Church to be trained, discipled, and mentored for spiritual growth and development.
